Day 27—Still Counting

When I started this blog my goal was to have rent money by March 1. I was really hoping to not spend my birthday (first week in March) homeless or moving. Having no income at the time the prospect seemed miraculous. Somehow writing about my predicament took me out of my fear and helped me find my sense of humor. This blog kept me from jumping out my skin not to mention open windows.

And, as you already know, within 5 days I had a temporary source of income and knew that I could make my rent. (Well, technically I’m going to be short about $100. Turns out I didn’t get paid this Friday. But not to worry, I’ll get paid next Friday, which still gets my rent paid before being penalized. And my being short was by choice. I would have had my entire rent if I had not paid bills.)

On March 2 my 30 days are up. I could stop writing having met the challenge of manifesting a miracle in 30 days or less on day 5. But as you know I want more than crises management. Now my goal is to see how many amazing events/acts of god/marvelous examples I can manifest by June 8, my last day of work. That’s roughly 90 days but I’m too lazy/busy/attached to the title to change it to “manifesting multiple miracles in 90 days.” (Besides I may decide to chart my progress over a year. Hell, I may never stop.)

Why am I wasting your time telling you about things you already know? Because if I publicly state my intention I’m more likely to show up—and as it turns out, so is the Universe.

So here’s to the Universe and thriving in Denver!
